Horana Divisional Secretariat which belongs to udagahapattu and kumbuke pattu of Raigam Korale is a place of historical background and aesthetic . Area consists of small puddle, streams ,canals,hills,mountains,jungles and fertilize paddy fields. The aesthetic surrounding is regularly erowded as a result of the development of this area specially Horana Urban council of this division. Whole population of this division is 97435. There are 50179 of female and 47250 of male.Area bounded is 107255KM
